Default ASU Sophomore near campus living that won't worry his parents?
Our son is now doing a semester abroad and is trusting us to find him a place for the next school year - near campus/rail line. Not being there, we'd love your advise on where to look into for renting. Not looking for party scene, nor something that he'd be scared to ride his bike home at 11 p.m.

Ideas?

We like the Grigio - both locales, but it very pricey with only a 1 bed being priced out (they don't do roommateing)
