Default Grigio Metro Apartments, Tempe

Has anyone lived in the Grigio Metro Apartments in Tempe.
I would like to know whether they are noisy apartments taking into consideration that they are close to ASU.
Whether there are undergrads hanging in the hallways, listening to music.
And whether the area is safe.

Thank you

The area is safe. I have not been inside, so I can't say that there are students "hanging in the hallways listening to music". It is an apartment building, after all, not a dormitory. I would say that any apartment building within a mile of campus is going to have a large percentage of students. If you want a more mature group of neighbors, you need to go a little further away to the south or east, particularly.
