Hi,
I am looking for a great real estate agent with expertise in foreclosures.

Any recommendations much appreciated.
Thanks.

If you read some of the threads here, you'll find that there are several agents who are regular contributors to City-Data, and they are all well regarded.

I agree with Captain Bill...City Data also has a few great Real Estate related social groups. I've even seen one that speaks directly about foreclosures.

Best of luck!

You should be choosing an agent that works close to the area you are considering. Example: Don't pick someone who lives and works in Glendale while you are attempting to buy in Tempe. If someone claims they cover the entire Valley, consider that to be a red flag.
