We are headed to Phx the week of 7.25 to make our move. Our house sold in a day and it appears we'll need to rent to have a place to live for awhile.
That said, we need to settle on a school system now so that we are not relocating our high school boys (one freshman, twin sophomores) to buy a home in another town.

We visited for some time and, mostly because of the size of the high schools matching w/ where we're coming from in Ohio, we think Cactus Shadows or Fountain Hills are preferable.
Does anyone have experience w/ any of these schools: Cactus Shadows::Liberty(Peoria)::Sunrise(Peoria)::Fountai n Hills

We're Ohio non-horsey, typical suburban people...is Cave Creek really horsey and a party town or are there boring people like us centered on their kids activities there?

Is Liberty comprised of Valencia plus what other areas? It's bigger than we'd like and we can't figure out what communities are feeding into that school? Are they all North of Bell?

Fountain Hill is our #1 location...just b/c of the sheer lot size, resale value etc. The issue is we'd like a more recent home we don't have to totally remodel with 4 bedrooms in the 250-350 range. That's tough to find up there.

Mainly interested in people who live there, not who know 'of' an area.

Appreciate the help we've rec'd so far on this board and hope now that we are narrowing we can get more.

We need to lock in a rental soon!

Thanks.
(btw: commutes not a big deal, only high schools. our jobs are home based for the most part)
