Can anyone recommend a plumber who does quality work and has fair rates?
I need two tub/shower taps/spouts replaced..
Also looking for a recommendation for an honest gardener that will cut a very small patch of grass and weed/grass kill in graveled areas of landscaping, probably only once a month... maybe twice. Already received my first HOA fine... Oops!
I was thinking that $40/visit would be reasonable??? Am I way off base with this? It's probably a 10-15 minute job max... we really need to find someone this next trip down so we don't incur any more financial penalties! What do others pay?
We live just off I-17 and Happy Valley.
