Hello everyone so I will be in Scottsdale at the end of October. Hopefully it will be in the 80s!!! I am crossing my fingers!

Anyway, it is the girlfriends birthday and I want to get her a pedicure/foot massage where they soak your feet, massage feet, and such. Anyone know of any nice places in Scottsdale I can check out and prepay and make an appointment for the girl? Also how much this going to cost.

Also I want to take her to a nice dinner, preferably Italian also in Scottsdale. For around 80-100 for the both of us with tip and tax. Any suggestions?

This is will be the second time for me in Phonix and the first for her, and am considering moving there in a few years. Deciding between Cali and AZ to live. thanks

What a thoughtful guy!

There are different levels for pedicures. In almost every corner shopping center, you'll find a nail salon that does pedicures. Most will have a nice, big chair that massages your back while your feet are soaking. Then they'll do their thing, that includes a massage of the foot and leg, up to the knee. You can expect to pay $20 - $25, and an appointment isn't usually required.

If this isn't what you have in mind, almost every nice resort has a "Spa." If you take her to one of these, you most likely will need an appointment, and the cost will be at least double. I would say that most people that go to a resort, will probably have a couple services - massage, facial, etc.

If you google - Pedicure Scottsdale - you'll find several "in between" solutions. There are several Day Spa's that offer all kinds of servies, but aren't as intimidating as a trip to a resort spa would be.

I can't help you with a Italian restaurant, but, I'm sure you'll find a good one.

Enjoy your time in Scottsdale.

I suggest this place. I have never been disappointed and for just the two of you it should come to no more than $100.

Good advice. Keep in mind, though, that some people are sqeamish about nail salons in terms of cleanliness, etc. Be sure you understand your girlfriend's preferences before booking at an inexpensive salon in a strip mall. Just a suggestion, as I'm one of those "sensitive souls."
