Motly- You do not know. Queen Creek and outlying areas will allow it and do regularly. they are desperate to sell and will pay the agent fees after the fact.

LOL..they have changed a bit haven't they? They like us bringing clients in now...they would not give us the time of day prior. I did do a deal for a client at Richmond America in QC.

Thanks for all your replies. Finally I signed the contract. They let the realtor involved without any questions, even though I been there before without a realtor.
