Preferably a good PI or security agent or lawyer at this point...

If I told you what was going on you would not believe me, as no one does. Well, they do after they see the pics, but they don't before. At any rate, if anyone knows of someone who works in the PI biz related to getting trespassers off property or a lawyer who knows how to get things done, will you please share by DMing me?

Thanks.

Don't tease us like that, now I'm dying to know.

Don't know a PI but I do hope you get it resolved and can share it with us someday.

Ok. I have lunatic neighbors who will not stay off my property and have built a ritual around it. They spend more time in my back yard than I do. See why I need help? Now they've invited their friends to spend time in my yard as well.

Get it posted and buy a video camera - a lot cheaper than a PI or a lawyer! (I told you that rock waterfall would be trouble!!) Or get rid of those mop dogs and rent a nice pit bull - not really. Since you posted this in REAL ESTATE (if you want to read some of the gory details) you may also get a been there-done this answer to help you out!

Thanks, but I really am at the point of a PI or lawyer. I think most likely PI. Or big tough guy who can throw people over fences easily. That would work too. I don't know if I can say this, but if anyone knows of a returning Vet who could use some work, DM me. And I'd never subject a dog to these lunatics, as it would only be a matter of time before the dog would be poisoned.

I've done work with R3 Investigations. I think they have a Phoenix office, but they're pricey.

If they spend more time there than you do, wouldn't the police be happy to escort them out a time or two?

As in how pricey? This is so foreign to me. I've never needed help from a lawyer or law enforcement or a PI in my life. So I am really out of my element on this one.

LOL, are you AZ bound or AZ here? My answer to your question depends on this.

This is in your other thread. No offense but you a may be delusional, and have some several medical issues. A lot of your post here have a psychotic tone. If the neighbors were hanging in my yard they would be greeted by the cops and if that didnt work the barrel of a shotgun.

Each night at 6:10 they come into my yard and sit by my pool for HOURS (yes, they have their own pool and a small child too and I just wonder who is caring for that small child). They go all over my yard. They have tried to poison my dogs four times and hurt them with trusses once. Yeah, yeah, I want to move but I live in a bad housing market with no destination. I have to believe drugs must be involved as I just can't fathom it any other way.

I've called the cops several times. Tonight they took all of 30 seconds to say "no one is there and we have to go to a car accident." My lot is huge and there are many hiding places. Anyway, I counted seven or eight people last night and tonight at least as many. Needless to say, I will not go out in my yard at night. Does anyone have any recommendations? The police are not cutting it, I've asked for recommendations for a PI or lawyer in my state forum, I've advertised for security on Craig's list (then changed my mind), and am at the point of just renting somewhere and coming back during the days (when it's safe) to pack up and put things in storage. Or, since I'm not working, I could always sleep during the day and stay up all night. I honestly do not know what to do. I could take it to the next level and go to whomever the police have to answer to I guess, but I don't know who that is.

Has anyone EVER come across this and how was it resolved? Oh, and I guess it's obvious I need a realtor and that icky issue of disclosure is going to rear it's ugly head. Since the police keep saying it's nothing, can I just not disclose?
