Default What is the average rent for a 2 bedroom apartment in a good area.

My family and I may be moving to Phoenix to attend college. What are the average rents I can expect to see. We from Vegas where rents for a 1 bedroom start at 750.00

A one bedroom in a good area will also start at $750, two bedrooms start at $900. That's for a nice apt in a good area.

It depend on which part of phoenix you want to live. Here in phoenix you can get a 1 bedroom for 474.00 per month.

They asked for a good area. An apt for $474 would probably not be considered a good area.
