I am looking for housing around Luke AFB. I'm trying to find out what areas close are safe and have good schools. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Are you military? I have a website for military that I can show you, if you are.

I live in Goodyear (Oasis at Canyon Trails) and it is safe and the schools are pretty good (not the best in the valley for sure but ok). It is just south of the I10 off Cotton Lane and Van Buren.

Lots of military from Luke AFB live in my neighborhood. We're very happy here.

Many Luke military live where I do in Estrella (aka Estrella Mountain Ranch). We have good schools and a beautiful setting in which to live. It's a bit further away than some of your other options, but you should check it out.

The closer you are to Litchfield road the better off you are. Surprise, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, and Litchfield Park are the places you should focus on.

"Surprise, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, and Litchfield Park are the places you should focus on."

Good list, but don't forget Peoria. They have some of the best schools. As with all cities and school districts within, each school can vary in degrees of excellence, though, so thorough research is recommended.
