Default clinics in Phoenix

I'm looking for information on medical clinics in Phoenix. Currently I visit the Kelsey-Seybold clinic in Houston and I hope to find something similar in Phoenix where I can see a rheumatologist, optometrist, and general family doctor all at the same location (or within the same network).

I read on another thread about the Mayo Clinic, but a quick check of their website revealed that they don't accept my company's health insurance provider - United Healthcare.

So are there any other clinics in the Phoenix area? I don't really care where as long as they have a good reputation. Thanks!

well i think what will really determine who you are seeing phoenix is based on where you are going to be living in the valley. if you have never lived here before you will find that it is extremely spread out. scottsdale is its own little world up north then there is central phoenix, west phoenix then the suburbs beyond that. there is the mayo clinic up in the scottsdale area right there on Mayo Blvd I think it is...I don't know exactly what things they do, but mayo is big in general.

if you are looking for an ophthalmologist, i work for one - definitely the best in the valley down on 101 and Thomas on the south west side. (83rd and Thomas) Clear Vision Ophthalmology -- and Banner Estrella (clinic/hospital) is right down the street from there as well about 5-7 blocks.

I would check with your health insurance provider. Our provider has lists of medical personnel and facilities in every state. For us, I can tell you that we've been very pleased with Del Webb Hospital and the surrounding clinics in Sun City. They have everything we need in a close area. We've also heard good things about Arrowhead hospital and clinics.
