Has anybody encountered this type of situation before? Does anyone else have property with AZPRM?

I own a property that PRM is/was managing. Any luck with responses or getting money back?

Nothing so far. I think the company is officially out of business. Looks like we may have to find a new property manager. I am still finding advice on what happens. This is going to be a huge headache.

I have been keeping up with rentals on this site. So I guess I should not do that anymore? Although, the link I use looks different. It's AZPRM dot com but it could be different, I have no clue. If anyone else has a suggestion on how to find a rental let me know, I really appreciate it.

That's the site and, yes, you should stay away from them as a property management company. That does NOT mean that the rental properties on that site are bad, and eventually they will show up on other sites.

Update: Got an email from the accountant of PRM except now he is at another company and took some of the staff. Looks like PRM is completely done.

Not to be confused with RPM - Real Property Management.

I got the same email. The new firm seems to be pretty new. I am doubtful I am going to go that way. Looks like I am deciding between Desertwide or Barrett-Eastman. Anybody have experience with either? Or maybe a better option?

Maybe somebody can google the ABC15 coverage of PRM and repost? I am too new on the forum to post links, apparently.

Default AZPRM security deposity and landlord deposits

I have a house which was managed by AZPRM,
Anybody knows the situation of the tenant's security deposity and landlords deposits and fees paid for service not provided?

Should we sue? Should we get the manager's arrested?
If I steal 5 dollars from anyone I go to jail, what about the people that stole from PRM (us)?
