We have joint legal custody and by big mistake he has pyisical custody, we share about the same amount of time with our son , I do have my son two nights more than him, and he is the primary. he wants to move out of the state, and threated me to take my child away from me if I don't agree to move with him, he also said, he'll take me to court to move. what rights do I have , I'am the mother and a good mother of this child, can he actually get what he wants? would the judge agree with his request?

Read your custody agreement. Does it say anything about moving? If not, get a lawyer, fast. I have a good one but she isn't cheap!

Agree with the above. This is NOT the place to get advice on a major issue like this. You need to get legal advice, NOW. (yes, read the custody agreement and any court orders entered associated with it to see what guidance those offer.

The court order says, if either parent wants to relocate, he/she needs to give 60 days notice to the other parent, but I have my days and he thinks
going to court he will get what he is asking for, what about my days with my son? can the court take those days I have with my son, just to give the father what he is asking for? it is an agreement ( court order ) that my son has to be with me certain days, I can't afford an attorney

As previously stated, this is not the appropriate place to come for legal advice. Have you looked into free or low cost legal services like those listed on Where to find help or the ASU Legal Clinic:
ASU Legal Clinic Arizona State University,
Armstrong Hall Room 106, Tempe, AZ 85287
Phone Number: 480.965.6968
Offers a wide range of legal assistance from consultations to court representation. Free Legal Aid Arizona services are provided by volunteer student attorneys. The availability of assistance is restricted by the amount of students who are currently volunteering.
