That certainly qualifies as luxury in my book. But a good deal of the price is no doubt dictated by the fact the place has 2,671 sq. feet. That's a tad bigger than many people want/need in an apartment. In fact it's 1,000 sq. feet bigger than my three bedroom + den house.

...and Kierland is only 30+ miles from the areas op was asking about in Chandler, Gilbert or Queen Creek as well....

I'll change my statement to "high end apartments." That one in Scottsdale is too pricey for me.
