speaking of the esplanade - In December 2011, Alliance started construction on the 270-unit Broadstone on Camelback apartments at the southeast corner of Camelback Road and 26th Street

looks like that will bring some business to the area

More office space in that area. Wonder who's going to fill that....

Default Town & Country extensions

So we've all noticed the newly built retail space that took over Book Star and that end of t&c. I drove by the other day and the sign is put up: Nordstrom Rack! I was hoping for another book store, Barnes and Noble maybe? Atleast Last Chance wont be so busy now. Also, at the north east corner of the parking lot is a little strip of new food chains: Five Guys, a Mexican Grill and one other one? Not sure when all this is supposed to open though?
