I am still weighing my options here; already asked about Benson and Mayers in some older threads.

Any word on the Forest Park Apts on 7th Ave just above Osborn as good or bad? They're the ones with all of the trees and other greenery. Maybe because of my Irish blood I'm at home there in my heart.

I def like the area with Melrose close by and a Safeway in very easy walking distance.

I've heard that the community is good. I once toured the property and saw a couple units (ended up renting somewhere else). The grounds are very, very green. I did notice lots of bird crap everywhere, haha. There was one specific area around the pool that actually looked really cool. The apartments I saw were very small. I think the location is a good choice for Central Phoenix amenities.
