Checking out senior oriented apartments in roughly downtown Phoenix. Quiet, safe, reasonably affordable and close to public transportation are the main criteria. An efficiency apartment would work. Don't require low-income housing. Thanks.

I know a great one, with units available, that is 4 blocks tot he Light Rail. I know a resident there, who loves it. Place is called Fellowship Towers and it sits on the corner of Indianola and 3rd st.. Soooo easy to get to happy hour from there--or lots of other stuff.
