Does anyone have suggestions for a person who is relocating to Queen Creek from The Woodlands,TX. He is a manager at Kroger (which is exact same company as Fry's Food here in AZ). and would love to change within this company.
Does anyone have any insight, or suggestions, as how to do this?

TIA!

I suggest he contact his employer via their HR Department or browse their intranet for transfer policies and procedures. This is not something "outsiders" can advise about - internal company transfers are an internal matter...

Thank you. I know that he has notified HR about his plans to move to no avail...and management has a high turnover rate in that industry.
I suppose that was a dumb question, or at least not very well presented.

He plans to move to Phoenix metro with no job? Not a good plan right now.

It is most certainly a very bad choice...that is why I was asking though.
It seems to me that the economy is doing much better in the PHX area recently. I am closing on a house on 5/23 and while I was there looking at homes three weeks ago there was very little available. As a single mom, I am expecting life to be better there...at least it is a dry heat
