A friend of mine told me there is a Mac and Cheese restaurant in Phoenix and the primary thing they serve is Mac and cheese and they have 30 some odd flavors. Me being a mac and cheese aficionado would like to find this place, but for the life of me I can't find any place like that. He believes its somewhere around downtown, can anybody help me out?

I don't know of a dedicated restaurant for M&C (though I know they exist) but Cheuvront has 5 variations on their menu.

I have never heard of such an establishment in Phoenix or anywhere. Perhaps your friend is confusing The Spaghetti Factory?

Did you try a search on Yelp?

That bacon and carmelized onion mac & cheese sounds wonderful. Anyone try it?

It might be Macaroni Grill your friend is thinking of, but they really don't serve M and Cheese !

I think we tried a sampler plate of maybe 3? They were good. Nothing you can't make at home but nice to not have to.

If you find yourself down in Tucson, check out Mr. K's Barbecue at River Road and Stone Loop. They have it as a side dish and it's the best I've ever tasted, then again I'm not a connoisseur.

I have seen what the OP is describing but not in Phoenix. NY, San Fran, even Vegas.
