I only mention it because "Fire in the Sky" was a different movie about an alien abduction story.

And "Fire in The Sky" takes place in Snowflake, AZ - but was shot in Oregon.

I enjoyed "Phoenix" with Ray Liotta. You can watch it for free on youtube, worth seeing.

I had to work the day they filmed that so I missed it. Two friends and I were able to see her at Gammage where they filmed two scenes. They were the one where Kristofferson dragged her on stage at his character's concert and the finale. Between scenes she answered questions from the audience. What a memorable day.

A terrible movie, but the ending scenes were filmed in Cave Creek - ZABRISKIE POINT.
I'd be interested in a list of movies filmed at the film studio that was in Mesa once upon a time.

Do you remember the name of the studio?

Here's a list from IMDb of every movie that lists Mesa as a shooting location.

I think it was the Apacheland Movie Ranch. The barn from the studio is now at the Superstition Mountain museum.

Ask, and ye shall receive...

Apacheland Motion Pictures - movies

I'll try to dig up more info; the list on that site isn't that long, so I'm wondering if there were some films shot there that didn't make the list.
