Wow..really feel for you....Have you tried the television stations..Im sure a person with your background would fit right it... I know its not film..but hey its a foot in the door.

Jim, I too hope you find work soon. I hate that the industry in AZ dwindled to what it is, but hopefully it will come back after the legislature realizes the bonus it is to the state economy.

Thank you. I appreciate the positive wishes. One of the problems I have is that I no longer have a car and have to get everywhere by bicycle or bus which is much harder here in Glendale than it was in Scottsdale. I only found one TV station in Peoria and they said they weren't hiring. TV Stations are also a lot different from working on actual shows in that it is geared more towards hard manual labor than it is office work. Not that I'm not willing to work in an office environment, it just makes it more difficult to be considered. I seriously have no issues working at places like Circle K, McDonalds etc., but they don't seem to be interested in bringing me in for an interview even though I've seen huge turn overs in my local area. Not sure what I need to do to get any type of work here without having some kind of inside connections which is how I've landed 99% of my jobs. Thanks again and I hope all is well with everyone.
