When we've lacked rain for awhile that happens. Any wind will kick up some small dust storms but they usually aren't as bad as the monsoon ha boobs.

Can we get a rain dance or something???? Anyone know how to do one of those? Between the dust storms and the pollution, I can see the nasty cloud hanging over the city when i'm coming down from the suburbs - it needs to rain, like in the worst way!
