If anyone knows, Chandler Heights is an unincorporated community near Queen Creek. Looking at the maps of the planning areas of nearby towns, much of Chandler Heights is within the Queen Creek Planning Area, with a small portion (west of Recker) extending into the Gilbert Planning Area.

Interestingly, "Chandler Heights" is no longer valid for USPS addresses, and now all of Chandler Heights uses "Queen Creek" for USPS addresses (including the part within the Gilbert Planning Area).

So, does anyone think that Chandler Heights will ever be annexed by Queen Creek and Gilbert? Note that Chandler Heights seems to be a "hole" in the Queen Creek Town Limits, since the town limits also includes some area in Pinal County south of Chandler Heights. Much of the unincorporated community Higley has been annexed by the Town of Gilbert, with only a few pockets as well as the school district remaining.
