Anyone else enjoying this great morning with the windows wide open and the house cool without the AC? Bring on the fall and 8 months of great weather.

That's awesome. Up here, we are wearing jackets, blasting the heat, and tonight's low will be a painful 28 degrees with frost.

It's about as perfect as it gets. It was so nice this morning that I fired up the motorcycle and took a mid morning ride to Saguaro Lake and back. It was awesome.

Beautiful day here in Anthem. Windows are open, no A/C since yesterday afternoon. The area we moved from in PA has a freeze warning tonight! Woo Hoo!
