Are you sure Rito's still sells tacos? The menu pictured on Yelp has no tacos, and has a sign next to it saying "no tacos".

The one in Surprise has them. Not sure about Glendale or Phoenix

Tried the taco's at Ritos and they are not ground beef. Shredded beef but they were good.

Surprisingly, Chico's Tacos have had the best ground beef tacos thus far. Plus they have .99 cents Taco Tuesday! The shells, however, do not appear freshly fried, but the ground beef is seasoned really well.

I believe you're talking about Chico's Mexican Grill, not Chico's Tacos (an El Paso restaurant chain).

Bumpity bump. I'm relocating from Orlando, FL to Phoenix on Sept 18th, and it kills me that I am losing my AMAZING Gringos Locos tacos here in Orlando. I'm hoping to find a fried hard shell beef taco in Phoenix that even partially lives up to the ones I'm used to at Gringos Locos. Their shells are to die for. I'm looking for shells like the ones seen in the middle picture of the second row: Eat Gringo’s Gringos Locos. Please let me know if anybody has seen any similar ones in the Phoenix area. Thanks!!!

Best source for Gringo Tacos? (ground beef, fried shells)
Yep, we hungry, red-blooded Gringos cain't help but want us more of that-there mystery ground "meat", nestled inside them tasty mass-produced Taco Bell taco shells!

Makes yer mouth water, don't it?

Are you sure about the "fried fresh to order" part of that ?
