Default Central Phoenix Question

I own property and have renovated 2 homes in the Center Phoenix area.
One of the next door neighbors has parked cars,a trailer a mobile home on his property and is living in it. All of this is 6 feet from my windows and he is parked on dirt. He rents the home out.
I have complained to the city but have not heard anything yet.
Does anyone know of specific laws preventing this?
I realize this is done a lot but, with the cleanup going on in the center city area I would guess this will change.
Thanks in advance.

If you haven't already done so, you can use this form to report the violations. Here's some information about codes and procedures.

Fortunately, I've never had to report anything beyond a little graffiti, but it was taken care of within a week.

Call neighborhood services...I will look for the number! It is a blight violation and I have seen people get fined pretty quickly. Also, does your neighborhood have a community action officer? Ours is really good about responding to us about things like that and directing us in the right direction.
