Its bitter sweet for me. All my friends and family are suppotive of my deciosion of wanting to move, i have been talking about it for years. As far as my childs father he is not happy about me wanting to move but he wont fight me for her either. We have worked out a schedule as far as visitations for her to see him, summer vac, school breaks, ect.... I know some people might think i am selfish for wanting to leave MN but I dont feel like I should continue to put my life on hold either, but i know my daughter would love to stay and be able to see her father every day. Like I said its bitter sweet. Its a hard deciosion to make.

As fas as Tucson VS Phonix tucson just seems so older and not alot of 25 year olds there... Although i did like broadway.... I just feel like phoenix seems more alive and might have better oppurtunities for me in the medical field.

What caused you to visit Tucson multiple times but not have been to Phoenix? Just curious.

Even though Tucson has in excess of 1 million people now, population growth there was MUCH slower than here in Phoenix. People are more simple and laid back there, and it has more of a small town, non pretentious feel.

Is your boyfriend moving with you? If not maybe you can consider Casa Grande which is almost halfway between the 2 cities.

Mesa is quite a large city with some very nice areas, I have no idea what you saw. Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale are possibilities, but since you don't know where you are going to be working, tying yourself down to a long lease in Gilbert and then getting a job on the west side would be a problem. You are going to need to be as centrally located as possible, at least at first, if you don't have a full time job when you get here.
I read your response to the other person's post. What is a good "central" location. If I relocate there, I believe my office will be in Phoenix (it's on Adobe ... but, I know the streets can run from town to town there). So, what would be a good central location being that I know nothing about the geography and will be coming there sight unseen?

Thanks!

You might have better luck starting your own thread instead of reviving this old one...But I'm sure we could give u a quick answer to your question if you just provide either the cross streets or the address of your employer.
