Arrowhead Mall park, every Saturday morning at 0600. The Marines and the Army recruiting centers do PT there.

I use Arizona Elite Bootcamp. They started earlier this year and have a great program. I've lost about 13 lbs, have build a lot of muscle, and feel great. Mod Cut: No links with less than 10 posts.

Lifetime Fitness has a great bootcamp that you can pay an additional fee on top of your membership dues. There is also an unlimited cardio class that is part of their group fitness program that is free and runs very much like a bootcamp (I burn about the same amount of calories in both..the free class is just not offered as much as the paid class and classes may get filled up quickly versus knowing you will always have a spot). I've done both classes in my area and they are a great workout and fun to workout with a great group of people! I have family in N Scottsdale and have been doing the bootcamp at the Lifetime and she loves it - been doing it for a couple of years.

I think she has a juvenile delinquent son who was expelled from school for bad behavior. She wants help and saw this boot camp topic, misunderstanding the thread entirely. I hope she finds what she needs...

It was kind of you to translate your message for her, though.
