Okay, we are a young lesbian couple with two kids (ages 3 and 16months)and are planning to relocate to work in Phoenix and want to move to the Phoenix area in Feb 08 but are not sure where. We don't care about the heat, we know, we heard about it already, but we also get up to 115 in the summer in Bakersfield Ca
. So we are use to it! We just want a nice area to live in, with good schools and low crime. We definitely want to rent a house before we buy. Our budget is between $700 to $800. We have been doing a lot of research online on houses for rent in Queen Creek and loved what we saw as far as look and price but the commute might just be a little too far. Also, does anyone know how much the salary tax is in Az?
