Below 50 degrees. Anything cold enough to ice a drink is too cold.

That's a tough question to answer; there is no set rule on "what's cold" for us natives, it depends on the person. I know some people who wear sweaters when it's 70 degrees, and I know others who'll walk around in T-shirts when it's 25. Everyone has a different level of tolerance.

If it's 20 degrees outside, which does happen here in the winter, I can walk out in a t-shirt, but I can only stand outside for no more than 10 minutes.

I usually start wearing my leather jacket in early December, when it starts dipping below 40 degrees here.

That'd be me! Perhaps a jacket, too.

I see people on the ASU campus walking around outside wearing sweatshirts even when it's 80 degrees out! No joke!

Depends if it's during the day or if it's at night. During the day, 60s is ok with the sun shining...at night, 70s is nice.

Even though I long for the seasons after living here so long I can only really take 50 degrees. 40 feels pretty good. To be honest though I don't ever have to be out in it all day or anything. Just too and from the car. I bike ride a lot but the wind is the only thing I really mind then. I'd rather heat my house though then cool it. Running appliances is easier when your in the cold. All appliances put out heat so trying to cool your house off is more difficult to me.
