And I totally agree with what you have written. A good example of how unions benefited the working class is how forming a union helped my grandfather. Before his union was formed, he rarely had a day off, no vacation time, and worked long hours.

After his union was formed, he had vacation time and regular work hours. I don't have a problem with his union (back in the early 1900s) as it helped him gain a better life. Most current unions do not represent their members and are far removed from what their original intent which is why I support a right to work state. No one should be forced to join a union in order to work, I'm sure my grandfather would agree.

Is there such a thing? I haven't heard of an American toy factory. I thought all American toys were imported in some way, shape or form. I have nieces and nephews to buy for and don't know what to get yet.

I haven't done a lot of research on the subject, but I have heard that you can get american made toys online if you look.

I really want you to start quoting your sources from now on. You are saying things that sound like things said on Fox "News" or Limbaugh or some other "think tank". Mind citing your sources from now on? For example, are you suggesting that people do not work at a restaurant and go to school? Because 80% or higher of people that work in restaurants also go to school. (I have worked in the business for 2 decades). Then they move onto a better job once they finish school. As far as the not having kids til they can afford them statement. Let me ask you this: should people that have accidental pregnancies start having more abortions? We all agree that birth control or abstaining from sex is best, but it doesn't always occur. So, when the accident happens, you are for abortions en masse then to reduce welfare spending?
How many people do you know of that sell their food stamps for drug money?
Do you have some kind of study or figures to back that statement up?

A step in the right direction is knowing what you are talking about as FACTS. Things that have credible resources to back up what you say. Everytime I read one of your postings here, it feels like Bill O'Reiley, Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck or the actual Republican talking points have been copied word for word. If you aren't even interested in having an original thought, at least provide proof of your "facts."
