Has your house dropped/increased in value since you bought it?
Some people may not want to share...but I'm curious how has your house done since you bought it? Do the statistics we've been reading hold true?
So, how much did you buy your house for, what's the location, and what are they selling for now, and what's the % change? I'll start it off...
Location: Happy Valley & 67th Ave
Bought: Oct 2005
Paid: $350,000
Selling for: $300,000
% Change: -14.7%

Bought in 2004 for 250k
currently comping for about 330k -340k.
I got very lucky and bought during the early part of the frenzy..it was comping for 380k 12 months later....ridiculous. I really do not care what it does as I will be in it for a long time..

Power and Guadalupe bought 2002 145,000
sold 2007 276,900 -8,000 cash to buyers.
Could have sold it in 2005 for 310,000 shoulda woulda coulda didn't

I have lost about 10% from when I bought in Feb 06. It's holding pretty steady now. Actually it went down more (another 5%) but has gone up a little bit at a time.
