In search of this, I found Potato Barn, which is fantastic.

Can anyone recommend any other stores for cool, artistic, SW style furniture in the N, NE, E, SE Phoenix areas?

We need chairs, tables, side boards, king bed with underneath storage, etc. Willing to add pieces as we go, once we get the basics. We are trying to avoid the typical items one sees over and over in the usual big box furniture stores.

Thank you.

Around 28th st and Bell there are a few, the biggest is J&K Furniture warehouse, serving both new and used and has items of interest you will never see any where else. Its at 2811 e bell and right next to it are a group of stores with the most delicious things you will ever see.

I agree with Barb. The store just east of J & K Furniture (and in the same parking lot) is called Ecclectica and the name says it all. I think their prices are fair for the type of furniture they sell but they are not cheap. I would also try Furniture Affair at 7th St. and Coral Gables (between Greenway and Thunderbird). They have high end furniture used to stage homes. Some are brand new and some may have dings and dents, but the array of styles is good and the prices are decent for the brand names offered.
