Just looked on Google maps, I would agree that it's on the corner of Campbell & Central Avenue. Believe that is the admin building for the Phoenix Union High School District. Good location if you want to live in uptown Phoenix, some rather high end apartment buildings pretty close by.

It does look like that building right across the street from Central High School on Central and Campbell, if I remember correctly, it had IBM's logo on it back in the early 1970s.

it was near the light rail and it seemed to be a bit more walkable than other neighborhoods in phoenix. thank you for helping me figure out what building it was!
