You like the 80's so much. Ever since the Reagan years, salaries have been STAGNANT for all employees.

If people have low incomes, we can't have a thriving economy.A thriving economy depends on workers having high disposable incomes. If you are an employee, let's freeze your wage increases, cut your penison, and make you have to pay for your health insurance, while the owners of the company get richer. See how you like it!!

Employers are the problem in this country. They want power and control, and it's ruining this country.
Ah. See what you did there? the owner of the company gets richer. So... if you own a company you don't deserve more money for running a successful business? I'm confused by that statement. Employers are the problem in this country? No. Government is the problem with this country and THEY want power and control. You are a little confused sir. Let me hear that rebuttal " you are one of those republicans that whine about the government but take the biggest hand out." No actually, I am libertarian, not republican, and I've gone days without eating. I don't take benny b handouts. So nice try.

No they'll just strike like the bus drivers demanding $20 an hour. So then when their demands of $20 an hour are met, they will all be fired and replaced by robots.

I don't think there's any concern that the agreement will not be ratified. So, it's not "for now" it's for three years.
