Same for me too. I swore off seeing snow for years to come and sure enough I moved to AZ and it snows!

We had snow on Mingus Mtn. up here in the Verde Valley this morning. Not much, and it was gone by early afternoon, but I remember last fall being pretty warm. I hope it's 'warm and wet' this winter!

I was at my place in the mountains last night. Pretty good snow this morning. A couple inches on the ground at 7400 feet. It won't last yet, but I have never seen that this early before (at least that I can recall). It is an encouraging sign if storm systems are dropping this far south so early.

Aw, I hope it's warmer as well. My gas bill went up and I thought I had a leak last winter. lol Nope, just pumping the heat to much in the morning. Wet and warmer would be nice. The trees out here are still burnt from last year.

It sure was a painless transition to fall this year for me. Wonderful weather today.
