home in 5 program? (Phoenix: credit, lender, to buy)

has anyone used the home in 5 program....the one that aids with closing closts in maricopa county?

We make over the income limit with our gross annual income but we just get under the limit for our taxable income.....will we qualify or no? anyone had experience with this program?

I work with a lender that uses the Home in 5 program. The best way to approach this is to work with a Realtor of your choice and a lender that works with the program. The lender will give you all of the information, and be ready to notify you immediately when the funds are available. There is always a waiting list, and if you wait until you hear through the media about the funds being available, they will be gone before you can even phone a lender.

The Realtor will help you to locate the home so you're ready to buy when the funds become available and the lender will be ready to call you as soon as they are available. Funds become available several times a year and in different areas. If your credit is below 600 they will guide you on how to bring it higher.
