Possibly moving within 3 weeks. Visiting this weekend for interview and to look around.

Besides 90 Degrees and High Street, what other condo complexes should I check out?

Looking for something NOT quite so rowdy, loud, 20-something party fest.

Thanks for the advice and responses.

Depends on price range and desired commute time.

What's your budget? There are some decent ones in the sub-$200k range up to some very expensive, full-service buildings that can exceed $1mm per unit.

Looking to rent, not buy.

Rental of $1000 a month ideal.

Commute time immaterial due to work situation.

Thanks!

You're looking for an apartment. My friend's parents just moved into Camden on 90th St and FLW while their new house is being built and the unit and grounds are pretty nice. They're older, haven't lived in an apartment since they were in college and say it's just fine so far.

Both of those complexes are apartment rentals, albeit high end complexes. If you want to be in North Scottsdale, both are nice. You could also check out Shade at Desert Ridge or Barossa near Mayo & Scottsdale Rd. All have easy access to the 101. By the way, these complexes are actually in Phoenix.

Astragal at the SW corner of Raintree and Thompson Peak is one of my favorites.

Looks like Astragal is for sale only, no rentals...

I lived in Ventana years ago...on 94th St and Raintree. Pretty decent as far as apartments go....nothing special.

I think Montage is pretty nice. It's around Princess near Scottsdale Road. It's behind the Porsche dealership. Also, Barossa at Paradise Ridge is a nice one too. Same location basically.
