Hi!

I may transfer from Cleveland, Ohio to the Tempe Area. I believe

my company is located at 4425 E Cotton Center Blvd. Does anyone have

any advice or suggestions or info about this area. I would probably be

renting an apartment as close to work as possible, if the area is okay.

Thanks!

That address is inside Phoenix city limits but less than half a mile from the Tempe border. In this case, you don't want to live right by work. The area along Broadway Rd from the Tempe border into South Phoenix is rough. One possibility would be to look two miles to the south along Baseline Road near South Mountain. There are some nice apartment complexes from 24th St. east to the Tempe border.

I know exactly where that is. Depending on your budget and tastes you are in a prime location to have many choices to suit your tastes. It is a very easy assessable area as it is close to a major interstate/hwy intersection.
