Hello phoenix residents, I have been doing research on the phoenix area for some time now and I must say its looking good. I'm thinking about moving from florida to phoenix in a couple of months. I am a black man that is looking to start my life over I am not into the black and white thing that goes on in america I see all people equal . I am looking for a nice affordable area to start the second half of my life I do have kids that will be visiting from time to time. I would like to be in the area with the best job growth. my back ground is sales I also have a cooking background. Is there a local online newspaper that I can get info from. If anyone have any suggestions please let me know. thanks

AZ Republic online. N. Peoria is a very nice city. Surprise is also nice. Where you work will determine where you might want to search for a home. The traffic here is getting thicker and thicker. My daughter likes the mall in Gillbert which is another popular place to live on the east side. Come and visit first.

What's your budget and do you prefer city or suburb?
I'd look into The Biltmore area, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Chandler.

Also check craigslist beside the AZ Republic.

Default What are your reasons for choosing to move from Floriday to Arizona

Donwilli,
I have been looking into moving either full time or part time to Florida, Texas or Arizona. I was just wondering why you want to leave Florida? There are things I like about all of these areas. Florida is very pretty and lush and green, but the job market seems tough. I was just in Arizona this month and the weather was awesome, 85 degrees, warmer than usual, but the weather was fantastic when I was in Florida last November and January. I checked out Central Florida and Sarasota, Sanibel Island... I checked out most of the outskirts of Phoenix and found very nice areas too. I liked Chandler and North Peoria best on just a visit.
