It looks like the building is being remodeled, anyone know what business might be moving in?

I found this article at this website:

Phoenix Retail Commercial Real Estate Review and 2014 Forecast

And the following paragraph:

N. Phx/I-17 Corridor- Metrocenter Area- 15.8% vacant in 2013 – this area will continue to improve as Metrocenter Mall and the surrounding projects continue to attract new users to the submarket- For example- Conn’s Home Place opening in former Toys R Us space and the surrounding retail center will be redeveloped.

Which I assume means this business:

Furniture | Home & Office Furniture Financing | Conn's

Thanks. I was hoping for a WinCo but maybe someday.

I know Winco is planning new stores in Surprise and Goodyear.

The North side of the Metrocenter area (along Peoria Ave.) has had a lot of new business growth (and restaurants) in the past 2 years. The South side of the Metrocenter area (along Dunlap Ave.) needs some help. Hopefully Conn's will help in this respect. They still have to fill the former Sports Authority and the former Best Buy spaces (not to mention the former Macy's and former JC Penney's stores inside the mall itself).
