Default Estrella Mountain Ranch Real Estate

I've heard that homes in this area are really nice and reasonably priced. I also hear it is a good time to buy there as prices will go up once the Estrella Falls Mall goes in? Anyone know if that is accurate?

Years back Estrella (especially the custom lots) was the deal of a lifetime, but you missed the boat. Houses now are more expensive than most other areas. I don't think the mall will have much impact. Prices are about demand and supply. I just don't see how having a mall 12 miles or more away will increase demand there all that much. People mostly move there because of its unique beauty and sense (illusion) of remoteness from Phoenix.
