Have you used any Garage door insulation solution? Like these one's below, will you recommend it and which product?

Amazon.com: garage door insulation

Thumbs up Yes, I used Atlas and am happy so far...

Bought directly from mfr, not Amazon. Seemed to make garage noticeably warmer in winter. (Note that I currently live in N. Alabama, and it was very cold here this winter.) Cutting the panels was tedious - probably took me 2+ hours to do a 2 car door. But for $150, it was worth trying, and I don't regret the purchase. The bigger test will be this summer.

I did my garage door but also all my east, west and south windows with it. Note that I'm gone all summer so I don't care that my windows are all covered up. I spray painted the exterior side black so the silver wasn't shining through, that way the HOA couldn't complain about it either. The first year with just the sunscreens I noticed a big difference but really noticed a huge difference adding these. My garage faces south and I have 3 windows there too.

We had an insulated garage door installed, were told that if we added anything to the door it would void the warranty. The insulted door helps tremendously with the temps..

fwiw, your garage probably doesn't have any insulation in the walls or ceiling, even if it's drywalled. .

factory insulated doors are often better doors (thicker metal, double-walled, etc), but the insulation factor is kinda pointless unless you're in a cold climate & actually insulate the rest of the garage as well.

Our enclosed garage has both insulated walls and ceiling.
