We've already missed out on three houses that we loved that had someone put in an application and deposit as we were making the trek back to Gilbert from seeing the house. We absolutely love the Palm Valley/Litchfield Park area. So, if we don't end up in Estrella Mountain Park, then we are thinking that's where we'll be. Hoping to have better luck over the next few weeks.

We had similar problems. Everything was going super fast. Fortunately we found something, but had to spend $100 more than we wanted to and had to jump on it. Thankfully it ended up being in a great neighborhood and we like the house.

Wow, I did not think things were that hot in Estrella. I must say I have never seen so many cars and so much congestion around here before, so I guess we have been discovered. I wish I were in the position to put my house up for rent and get out. Next year, when I will be, it'll be a renters market again with my luck.

We've actually found more homes that we love in the Palm Valley/Litchfield Park area. We haven't found a house in Estrella that has everything we want. Found two that we love. However, one wouldn't take our three small dogs and neither one of them had a pool.
