We bought a new home in stetson valley. If you/your friends/your family are from stetson valley, can you please give us more details about the community. We paid around 480k for a 4200 sft home with 10,000 sft lot. I hope we got a good deal....Please keep those messages coming...

Thanks

I live down the road from Stetson Valley. I drive through there every couple of weeks to look at the nice homes. We just went through a couple of the models again and just sat in one for quite a while. It's a great area. Which builder did you buy from? The only one I've looked at was the Lennar homes and they are super nice. You definitely got a good deal for that square footage and price. That area is brand new in the last year. It's nice as it's kinda tucked away as it's so north compared to the rest of the valley (that can be good and bad).

We bought it from Pulte. We were also looking at Lennar. thier homes are also beautiful, its just that we thought Pulte is a "big builder" and more reputed
and we thought we got a "good deal" ...
