Heard about this mansion a few years ago and thought it would never be built. Wonder what new legal troubles are brewing for that guy. I'm just glad that Scottsdale will tax the crap out of who ever becomes the new owner!

They must be, as it say the house is not finished yet, so you can get it at the bargain 14 million plus price unfinished, or 40 milllion finished. I'm sure they are lining up to buy that one.
