But you don't need a vehicle to go out and about in NYC.

The woman that I babysat for took me out one night before I returned to the PHoenix area and we just took the LIRR and then the subway. We went to CBGBs and a few other places that night. No worries about cars and drunk drivers.

I guess I will have to go out at least once before I die, right???

Many moons ago I used to baby sit so that a friend could go to Times Square. I thought she was nuts, but she just had to be there every year that we lived in NY.
I'd love to welcome one new year at Times Square. The only time I went to NYC was at Christmas, so I got to see Rockefeller Center dressed up, but didn't stay for New Year's. It looks like so much fun! Only that I never figured what you do for nature's calls after getting your good spot hours earlier... Never saw port-a-potties in the middle of the crowd.

I'm originally from Europe. New Year's is big there and I'm used to it. Here people don't pay as much attention to it. It sickens me to go to a store before New Year's and find Valentine's stuff already...

I personally never understood the concept of wathching a ball fall down a post. I guess those New Yorkers can really party though if you like that ball on a post kind of thing. Everyone is so excited when it hits the bottom. Boy that is some fun.

I do like taking my wife out to our favorite club. We have dinner and get to dance the night away. But then I wish we could do that every weekend. We did before all the kids showed up.

I'm going to make an effort to ease off smoking since my current girlfriend doesn't much care for it. I'm not a heavy smoker though, probably go through 3 packs a week but I know I should quit not only for her but for myself...and probably my wallet too...

The usual, loose weight and exercise more. I need to get rid of this southern foods bulk I put on, on top of the usual bulk. Make some new friends, start a new job, maybe try those new face injections to tighten ny skin

I don't have any New Years Plans, I would like to party in Times Square though.........not this year I guess.

Buy season tickets to the Cardinals because The Dallas Cowboys are coming to town next season. Sell the rest on Ebay because I hate the Cardinals.
