I'd like to point something out and ask why???

The first post is pretty much normal and standard English. Not perfect, but nothing out of the ordinary:

I Am Relocating In Phoenix On January 9. I Need An Appartment Near Zip Code 85014. And Temporary Place To Stay Till I Rent An Appartment.

Your next post took a nose dive with standard punctuation/capitalization:

Thanks, please help me to rent the safe appartment. my email address is -- harryrasa@yahoo.com. what will be the minimum for safe one bedroom appartment

Your third post resembeld a middleschooler's text message:

Thanks i appriciate ur concern. where u live

Your last post was nothing but shouting:

IF THAT AREA IS CHEAPER AND SAFER THEN I CAN COMMUTE DAILY.WHETHER THE APPARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE THERE.IF AVAILABLE THEN PLEASE HELP ME TO GET ONE.THANKS
While I am not an analyst at online posting habits, your changes concern me and your authenticity is in question in my book. Also, you only chose to dialogue with those that gave up a snippet of personal information instead of straight shooter advice.

Seriously, with craigslist these days and a little internet research (other than this site), it is not hard to find a place.

I am not familiar with 85014 but I do know that the area of town up in the northern reaches is not cheap.

Suggest you search some of the craigslist or apartment sites like rent.com and stuff with your zip, and do some mapquest or the like to keep yourself within a decent distance of where you work and within your budget.
