[BEGIN RANT] I live in Avondale (Coldwater Springs) and we have bulk trash pick-up this week. I put out a few minor items. When I came home from work yesterday, I discovered that someone had dumped a large amount of tree trimmings and loose lawn clippings on top of the my items. After the city picks it up, I will have to go out and sweep and clean all of the loose material. Grrrr. [END RANT]

The only comfort I can give you, good things happen to good people, bad things happen to bad people.
So, maybe his car was hit by a train, bursted in flames, rear ended by a semi and pushed into a dry riverbed....
Water.... water... somebody get me some... aaaaggghhhhhh

You have a couple of options in this situation:

1. Leaving clippings out by themselves, un-bagged is against your bulk trash pickup guidelines. Therefore if you know who did it you could report them to your HOA and they will likely be fined or charged the amount to hire a crew to come clean up the left overs.

2. Stop whining, grab a broom, and get on with your life.

Yes. This is the only logical response. Avoid sweeping a sidewalk by moving is the only answer here. And of course this only happens in Avondale.
