I actually live at Morningside. 2bedroom apartment and my mom and I are paying about $1070 in rent a month. Believe me there's no way you're going to find a $780 a month apartment here. I don't even think the cheapest 1 bedrooms go for that much. It may be true about it being cheaper when there's less demand during the summer...but I still doubt it'll be that cheap.

Ok so I'm not missing something. I was thinking why aren't I renting in Scottsdale if it was that cheap
